Questions

What should a safety training certificate include?

At minimum: the worker’s name, the course, the training date, the expiry date if the training must be renewed, who delivered it, and a certificate number. CertiCerts fills these in from the training record and adds a verification QR.

Can I use my own certificate design?

Yes. Start from any of the 200+ templates and recolour it, or build your own with the drag-and-drop designer.

Can I issue certificates to a whole class at once?

How do I stop people faking a certificate?

Every certificate carries a QR with an authenticity code generated from the record. An altered certificate won’t match the issuer’s records when it is checked.

Is CertiCerts a certifying body?

No. CertiCerts records and presents the training you deliver. The certificate is issued under your company’s name.
