What a CertiCerts wallet card looks like
Each card is the standard CR80 size, 3.375 × 2.125 inches, the same as a credit card or driver's licence, so it fits a wallet, a lanyard or a badge holder. The front carries the worker's photo, name, job title, employee number and employer. The back carries your logo and contact details. Every card has a QR code.
- 12 ready-made designs with matching backs, recoloured to your company colours
- Your logo, and a second logo if you train for another company
- One card per worker, listing every course with its date and expiry, never one card per course
- The card stays the same size however many courses a worker finishes, so it doesn't need reprinting every time
Print them your way
Print straight to a plastic card printer, on Avery sheets or badge stock from an office printer, or export a print-ready PDF with crop marks and send it to a print shop. A whole crew prints on multi-up sheets in one go, so issuing a training event to thirty people and printing thirty cards is one job, not thirty.
A QR that works in a dead zone
Most "verified" cards carry a QR that is only a web link, which is no help in a basement, a tunnel or a northern site. The QR on a CertiCerts card holds the record itself: name, course, dates, expiry and a SHA-256 authenticity code. Any phone camera opens it with no internet and no app. With signal, the same code opens a branded online check. Read more on how certificate verification works.
A printed card, plus a live card on the phone
Plastic cards get lost and left in the truck. Each worker can also get a digital training card on their phone that updates itself when you renew their training, sent by email from the app. Printed cards carry a QR that opens the worker's current record, so even an older card shows today's status.
Part of the training record, not a separate design job
The wallet card is built from the same record as the training certificate, so the two never disagree. When a worker completes a course you issue the certificate, and the wallet card picks it up. The same records feed the training matrix and the audit-readiness score, and Audit Mode puts them into a COR-ready binder.
What it costs
The free trial makes 2 certificates and 2 wallet cards with every design tool, no credit card. Desktop Pro is $499 CAD once for unlimited cards. If you only issue a few, certificate packs start at $5, and one credit covers a certificate with its wallet card. Team plans with cloud sync start at $39 a month. See all prices.
